Meet the Team!
Kristy and Leisel bring their own unique backgrounds and a wealth of knowledge, having years of study and working in the travel industry, as well as travelling and experiencing countries and cultures themselves. They also have many years working with and teaching children, and are both Mum's themselves. Through careful planning and collaboration, each Little Travel Adventure is brought to you with respect and acceptance of all cultures. Together we hope to bring awareness of the world and deliver it to children in a fun and engaging way!

What are your top 3 travel destinations?
Peru, Kenya and Hawaii.
What is your best travel experience?
Trekking through the Andes Mountains to Machu Picchu.
Where is a place you would like to go but have not yet visited?
Antarctica.
What do you love best about working with kids?
Every day is new and exciting for them. I love seeing their pure joy when they try something new or their curiosity to learn and explore and I’m so grateful to be a part of that.
What do you love best about being a Mum?
Watching my daughters develop their own personalities and seeing their unique strengths shine. When they’re happy, I’m happy.
What is your favourite animal?
A Horse. I love how they are so free galloping with the wind.
What is your favourite colour?
Aqua and all the different shades of blue, turquoise and jade, just like the ocean.

What are your top 3 travel destinations?
New York, Africa, Japan.
What is your best travel experience?
Kayaking around the Greek islands.
Where is a place you would like to go but have not yet visited?
Finland.
What do you love best about working with kids?
Children see everything with such wonder and positivity and that makes my work so enjoyable.

What do you love best about being a Mum?
Watching my daughter finding her way in life and achieving her goals. I adore the cuddles as well!

Giraffe. I love how wobbly they are on their feet when young, and how graceful they are as they get older.
What is your favourite colour?
Yellow. It reminds me of happy, warm spring days.
